 How do I make a call with EPIN?
  It's easy. Just follow these 3 steps as indicated in the e-mail that we send when you purchase an EPIN:

1) Dial the access number (free phone or local)
2) Enter the EPIN
3) Dial your destination number as usual


 Does it cost anything to register?
  No, registering for EPIN is FREE.


Can I purchase an EPIN if I don't register?
  No, you will not be able to purchase an EPIN if you have not previously registered with us. This is necessary in order to make the service as efficient and secure as possible.

When and how will I receive my EPIN?
  Your EPIN, along with instructions for use, will be sent to the email address provided when you registered within seconds of pressing the submit button. If you are using a free email account (e.g. hotmail or yahoo) you may experience a slight delay in due to the volume of users on these systems.

I've forgotten my password. How do I login?
  If you've forgotten your password you will need to correctly answer your Password Reminder Question which you specified when you registered. You must then choose a new password. If you have forgotten your password, please click here.


How many EPINs can I buy at one time?
  When you register, you are able to buy one EPIN until your details have been processed. When you receive confirmation by email that your account has been set up, you can purchase up to 3 EPINs per transaction.


Can I use an EPIN from abroad?
  No, EPIN can only be used from Spain. However, if you are travelling to the UK or Ireland, please visit www.swiftcall.co.uk or www.swiftcall.ie where you will be able to purchase EPIN for use from those countries.


Can I make calls from my mobile?
  Yes, you must us the local access number (901 or 91). Please note that your mobile operator will charge you for this call but in return Swiftcall offers you more minutes to your international destination.


How secure is the service?
  We make every effort to ensure that any sensitive information you provide - your personal details, cerdit card information etc. - is kept absolutely secure. Please read more about our security system by clicking here.


Will I incur a surcharge using EPIN?
  Only if you use the free phone access numbers (900) from payphones. Cabitel (the blue payphones) charges a supplement for using free phone access (900) numbers from their phones therefore a surcharge of 7c per minute is applied from 08:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday and 4.5c per minute at all other times.
